The Hopes and Fears of All the Years - 2006 - 24" x 24" acrylic gouache on panel
This features the same Sumerian statues I used in the painting Anxiety. Here I've
mixed in a few Moai from Easter Island, as well. Scanning the sky for portents and
omens was big with both their peoples. There's a hidden message, if you can find it.
